Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
60g tomato sauce
 1 cloves garlic, sliced

Chapter One : Why I'm Vegan

*Disclaimer * I am not here to “preach" or “mock" people I am simply telling you the reasons why I can no longer be apart of funding these awful industries! So please don’t take offence,  I just want to help those of you that are interested in this lifestyle! *

Hello my glamorous friends Happy April Fools . Today marks huge moment/ chapter in my life why ... I'm Vegan !!This will be new and consecutive series on my blog . So grab something to eat or something drink and lets go!

For 17 years of my life I used to eat meat however that all changed quite fast . Within September last year I at my nans house having dinner which was a roast soon after dinner I would say 30min to an hour I started to feel sick . I felt bloated , heavy and nauseous and this pattern continued very time I ate meat . So after explaining my meat related problem to parents . They suggested  why don't I become pescatarian ?  ( person who does not eat meat but does eat fish.)   ,so I did on October 1st . To be honest I didn't really like it because I don't like fish it .

I was pescatarian until mid November until I saw the queen of Veganism Freelee The Banana Girl  video on why we should stop eating fish .Soon after I become vegetarian (a person who does not eat meat or fish, and sometimes other animal products )  . But that never felt right ANIMAL'S AND IESECTS ARE FRIENDS NOT FOOD !! I began to watch more for Freelee's YouTube video's and many more vegan videos on YouTube too  .

Suddenly ... after watch countless documentaries :Forks Over Knives, Cowspiracy , Food Inc. and Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead and educating myself on the vegan lifestyle after that I realised the vegan lifestyle is perfect for me , I love the environment , I care / love animals , I would love to live a cruelty free lifestyle  and I love plant based food !  ( It sounded a lost less cheesier in my head ) Last month I stared to try out different vegan foods and surprisingly they taste really nice !

So here I am Chapter one : Vegan and so far I'm loving every second of it .

4 Things to do in February

Hello my glamorous friends , February to me is a brand new start ; January is over , so it is time  to get our head in the game and think what you really from this year . So  here are four things we should together do this month.

01. Set a few goals
Let’s all think of  January as the  "practice month " ( New years resolutions are meant to broken! ) .  February  to me is like a fresh start , We can forget all the bad things that happened in January and take away all the precious  memories  we all made instead . I usually like to set my goals on the first day of the month. I think we always choose "unrealistic" goals . A great way to achieve things is making list of goals and  then tick them off when you’ve completed those goal , or  why not focus on one goal at a time .  If you’ve failed at your NYR’s, this could be the perfect  way to note to start  achieving your goals .

02. Love
February is renowned for being the month of "Love" whether you’re  seeing someone , engaged or married . I think we should  share the love this month with our , friends and family ( actually we should be doing this all the time , remember we don’t just have to celebrate love on the 14th of Feb!) Take time as well  out and learn to Love yourself,  share a compliment with yourself ; write a compliment one on a piece of paper and make it stand out if you have to . I know it will be difficult , but trust me when I say it works .

03 no; it’s okay!
I don't want to admit this but lately I have been saying yes to everything and everyone ; I'm a people pleaser! And I love seeing people happy also , seeing a smile on their faces . But ,as much as I hate saying no i need to start to say it more often .it can get out of hand the amount of plans I make while juggling work,  college  , blogging and a social life .Lets face it I  love keeping busy, however doing things until you burn out is not good for you . Especially if I’m doing it simply to please others. Saying no is okay – and I need to keep that in mind

04 Pancake Day !!
There's nothing to say ! This month is dedicated to pancake day , so enjoy yourself .

What goals are you setting this month ?

My Flower Soomthie bowl

Hi glamorous friends , I hope you are having good morning or evening . Today I thought I'll  share my favourite smoothie bowl  recipe with you lovelys . Since becoming veggie it has made me more expmentive and decorative with the food I eat . If you would like a breakfast food diary let me know !

 You will need :
one Banana
1cup of frozen mixed fruits
2 kiwi
1/4 cup of Gunabana juice
1 Tsp of chia seeds

Cut your banana in half and set aside one half and the other half cut up into smaller pieces add to the blender .

Then add the frozen fruits .

Soon after add the juice next , begin to cut up the kiwi and banana  .

Now its time to decorate , place the kiwi around the circumference of the bowl , after that place the other half of the banana in the middle of the bowl and then add the chia seeds in the middle . Enjoy !
