After yesterdays post I thought it would be nice to start a healthy quick snack series on the blog . Because lets be honest here its the summer holidays we don't want to do something which is too much fuss , we want to something which is quick and simple .So lets get started ...
Ingredients
- wheat bread
- Cherry Tomato's
- Avocado
- salt
- pepper
- Slice your avocado and mash it up in a bowl . ( trick is to use one which is really soft )
- Then slice the cherry tomato's into whatever shape an size you want .
- Fry or toast
- Spread the mashed avocado on the toast
- After the place the sliced tomato's on the toast
- Finally add the salt and pepper
- Enjoy
