Hello my glamorous friends , I hope you are enjoying your holiday so far ! Today post is all about these amazing flapjack balls, they are super quick to make and no words can explain how good these taste . ohhhh yeah I forgot to mention they are healthy too so its a win win also , if you want to be super healthy why not add some fruit ?
ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp organic peanut butter
- pre heat the oven to 180 and grease your tray and line it with greaseproof paper
- To begin you will need to mash the banana until it looks like an purée after add the cup of oats and mix until incorporated .
- Then add the spices and vanilla and the peanut butter .
- Mix it all together
- place it in the oven for 15 minutes
- Enjoy
