Hello my glamorous friends , I hope you all had a lovely week so far . Here is a lovely 'meaty' ( due the mushrooms ) gravy . This was inspired by Tess begg mushrooms Mushroom Gravy Recipe however , I've added a twist and added onion . Which gives it a richer taste .
Ingredients:
1 tbsp vegan butter (or coconut oil)
half of one onion sliced
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1 garlic clove minced
4 cups diced mushrooms
1 + 1/4 cup boiling water
2 tbsp vegetable stock powder
2 tbsp flour (sub for gluten free flours)

Add water the pan and cook the onion till soft and transparent |

Add the chopped mushrooms to the pan and cook till soft too and minced garlic in the pan |

Add the salt and pepper |

Make the veg stock mix and gradually add the veg stock mix |

Add the flour and mix till well incorporated . |
