Happy International Women's Day #makeithappen ♥
Hello my glamous friends and happy international women's day !
I remember learning a bit about international women's day school however , the teachers never spoke about it in depth . So I thought I was an good idea to give you my friend more of an insight into what (IWD) is and how and why it happens . Every year International Women's Day is celebrated on March 8. The first International Women's Day was in 1911. Thousands of events are done to mark the economic, political and social achievements of women. Organisations, governments, charities, educational institutions and women's groups celebrate the day and many more .
Many thanks to Emmeline Pankhurst who was a British political activist and leader of the British suffragette movement who helped women win the right to vote In 1999 .

Many charities, NGOs and Governments also adopt a relevant theme or campaign to mark the day. For example, organisations like the UN, Oxfam, Women for Women, Care International, Plan, World Association of Girl Guides & Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) and more - run exciting and powerful campaigns that raise awareness and encourage donations for good causes. The UN has been declaring an annual equality theme for many years.
Lets Paint The World Purple : Great Britain adopted the colour scheme of purple , white and green to symbolise the plight of the Suffragettes. Purple symbolised justice and dignity - two values strongly associated with women's equality. The three colours were used for banners, flags, rosettes and badges to show solidarity.
what are you doing for international woman's day ?

90's lipstick wishlist ♥
Hello my glamours friends and happy Friday. Now I don't know if you haven't heard but the 90's are back . So that mean watching re runs of friends over and over again . I'm a 90's kid and looking back on lipstick trends I didn't get to experience such as due to me being so young . I compiled a list of some of the 90's lipstick's I have been looking at the moment also , Ever since Kylie Jenner started wearing the classic nude lipstick, due to the rebirth of 90’s makeup has started! I have to admit that I’m loving the new trend or is that get the 90's girl in me ?
Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick Rum Raisin
This lipstick has got rose with red/mauve undertones also a satin finish. This shade will work best on medium to dark skin. I've heard that colour is unbelievably pigmented and the formula is really rich, creamy and glides onto the skin without pulling or tugging your lips. As it is a satin finish it is not drying on the lips .
Shop for this lipstick :Drugstore.com
Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick “Rose Velvet”
This lipstick has which a Dusty rose colour with brown beautiful undertones and a satin finish. Ideal for light to medium skin. This is also a stain finish .

That's so 70's Upcoming Trend ♥
Hello my glamous friends . Throughout these couple of weeks fashion week has been going on around the word .Seventies tend is such a huge throwback but this trend has some serious staying potential . To me its beautiful and you can show off it off with kaleidoscope prints, paisley and florals with dark orange and red .
This trend also allows you to wear colour block and wear cream vests whilst shearling trim jackets and kimonos over gentle touch of flared denim . Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is a lover of this trend .
This era was known for. Prints aside, simple striped, logo and marl tees nod to an alternative side of the 70’s for a ‘with-the-band’ feel that is sure to take the festival season by storm! so why not pair it with platform sandals and fringed leather jackets.
The best shops that have 70 trend are New look , Forever 21 and Topshop

What To Wear To A Interview ♥
Hello my glamous friends happy Monday ! As it is the start of the week I thought would do a post about what to wear of a interview . We are now approaching the middle of the year so might have an interview for college , university or even a job . When I was applying for jobs in retail and hospitality a couple of months back . I was always panicking over what to wear when it came to job interviews, I watching YouTube videos on what to wear and would occasionally help me .So think it the right time to share some of my knowledge when it comes to interviews and figuring out what to wear!
looking for jobs online should be easy , I think its best to sign up to all the correct websites. It helps typing things like 'UK Job Search into Google and get the best results or going on the stores website and see what jobs are available in their careers section. When I was looking for a looking for a part time retail job I went to the nearest shopping centre to where I live and handed out CVs and my cover letter in the local stores.
Tips I'd give for what to wear for a interview
1 - Smart is the key : Never wear anything to short for example a short shirt and if you're having an interview with a certain brand try and wear the brands product to the interview , I could be a simple necklace from the brand .
2 - Smart trousers and Smart skirt : Every girl has a cream blouse in there wardrobe that's another staple piece However , try not wear anything to plain . Try wearing something that will make you stand out from the crowd .
3 - Shoes : invest in ankle boots , flats and black heels because they will never let you down in interviews and meetings I think with patterned trousers ankle boots are perfect or mdi skirt with heels or flat are really cute . When it comes to looking for ankle boots I'd recommend New Look because prices will not burn a hole in you pocket .
4 - Personal style : When it comes to interviews I think its great to show off your personal style but still remember to look smart. So why not wear your favourite scarf or handbag or earrings .
5 - Wearing the tailored/smart jacket: During the Christmas sales I managed to find coat which I always wear to interviews as it looks really professional and its super cosy too . I think it's great for your wardrobe to have an interview jacket or interview coat and make sure it's versatile so you can wear it with many different outfits! So try find a grey , black or white jacket or coat as theses are often easy to pair with outfits.
I hope this has helped you and what is your interview tips ?
Ooooo I love what she is wearing ♥
Hiya my glamous friends I hope you are all having a amazing weekend also , wow its the 1st of march . Time really does fly by before we know it will be summer , as you know I can't wait for that ! It's another great way of getting a good source of inspiration . So these are my favourite looks this week , I hope you like them .
